16–18 July 2024 · Prato, Italy
Held at the Monash University Prato Centre from 16–18 July 2024, the second edition explored creative methods for practice-based research. SensiLab convened the workshop in collaboration with the Institute for Digital Culture at the University of Leicester and Universiteit Leiden.
Ars Electronica Futurelab introduced Art Thinking through an inspiration shower of artistic projects and group discussion. Participants then travelled to Florence to observe and document the city as artists, before developing hypothetical, site-specific artistic interventions in collaborative groups.
An optional visit to the Venice Biennale on 13–14 July preceded the three-day workshop.
